RE35 F-VF 3-strip on extremely unusual 8 February 1935 cover. Posted from the Danish naval training ship DANMARK (a handsome 3-mast tall ship with a complement of 125) during a visit to Norfolk, VA, USA. Jointly franked with a U.S. 3 Cent stamp (William Penn), both are canceled with a "NORFOLK, VA / HAMPTON ROADS BR" duplex postmark. Cacheted to commemorate the visit. Accompanied by an original clipping of a newspaper clipping (Norfolk Ledger) picturing the ship and discussing the visit. Quite remarkable; the only such type of advertising pair usage I have encountered. This particular pair is also scarce on cover.

RE42 Superb 3-strip on superb 29 September 1931 local cover mailed within København. As fresh and nice as one could desire! Such quality is seldom offered. One of only two advertising pair issues utilizing the Christian X 60th Birthday stamps, covers are not often seen.

RE43 VF pair plus Scott #246, 252, and B7 (all VF) on attractive 22 February 1937 cover to England. Ad pairs are very scarce on covers leaving Denmark and by postal regulation, the label was not supposed to be visible (when on foreign covers, the label portion is often covered by another stamp). Though somewhat late usage, this example did help to pay the 30 øre foreign letter rate and is quite scarce thus.
