48 [1891 3 kop "Rings"] (VF) on Russian-design "Rings" 7 kopek postal stationery LETTER CARD (Norma #KK1IIa) 2 May 1906 from HELSINGFORS to Bad Nauheim, Germany, with receiver. Genuine commercial usage with message and full letter card margin attached. Large blue 2 on front probably applied by hotel at receiving end, probably not as postage due. This stamp is scarce on cover. Very attractive Russification era postal history.
