| The primary reference handbook for machine-type cancellations is Iceland Cancellations - Bridge, Roller, and Machine Cancellations 1894-2003 available from me. Beyond the largest communities, most of the machine-type cancellations are unusual to scarce. Many collectors are quietly but actively building collections of these interesting cancellations. The stamps are cataloged by Scott numbers. All items may be viewed on approval; regular approval groups of Icelandic town cancellations of all types (including earlier periods) are also available. |
