18a Dark Carmine on Yellowish Paper. Used with F-VF with "352" 3-ring cancellation. According to NK 2008 (most recent listing) #352 does not exist on this stamp. The NK 2007 special article listing later use of 3-ring cancellations indicates that ca.1903 use of #352 is known for an unspecified steamship or "brevhus" in the Kristiansands region. However, use of the 3 skilling stamp is very scarce in the post-skilling period and very rare by 1903 (there were no significant unused remainders of the 3 skilling stamp). There is no doubt that the number is 352. Whether this is an early-period or later-period use, it is a rare use of this postmark.
