13 Type II, Facit #14B [1863 3 öre Lion] Used F-VF with neat cancellation. Unusual plate variety: "several breaks / white spots in top frame line, near left corner and above RIG". I have not previously seen this obvious variety or any report of it. I suspect that the cliche was quickly repaired, thus making this variety quite scarce.
