Issued in early 1999 for the "Stamp Points" reward program; they were given, one per person, to the NZ Post customers who had met a certain level of purchases. Very hard to find now because of the one-per-person distribution; I am not aware of any dealer who has a big stock of these. Listed by the ACS Catalog at $100. I believe that this will continue to increase in value.
