Scott #2-6 Complete Set (Type I) [1940-41 Overprints] Used with VF centering (Scott #5 50-on-5 øre is F-VF centered), all with neat, correct cancellation types in use at that time. As a "free bonus", the Scott #5 (50-on-5 øre) has the Daka (2017) #7ø OVERPRINT VARIETY: "left end of bottom bar is shorter" from plate position 78 -- this variety roughly doubles the value of the stamp! Also as an additional "free bonus", the Scott #3 (20-on-5 øre) has a partial, faint "starless" (uds) cancellation and Scott #4 (20-on-15 øre) has a neat, partial, readable (AND)EFJORD "starless" (uds) cancellation -- that is one of the scarcer starless (uds) cancellations. This is a very attractive scarcer set that is missing from many collections. (I guarantee that this set is genuine. It is not a set that normally requires a certificate, however, this set already comes with a certificate.) Scott #3 and #4 only exist in one overprint type. However, Scott #2, #5, and #6 exist in two overprint types. Overprint Type 1 is the lower cost type. Accompanied by a 1994 Lars Svendsen color photo certificate; a respected expertizer in his day. This is great set of stamps that can be quite hard to find with such nice appearance. The individual total of these stamps normal prices (adjusting for the #5 in F-VF) is $506. The variety on the #5 would add another $50 and the postmark on the #4 would add another $25, for a grand total of $581. This set is offered, with the certificate included, at a significant discount! Daka-listed "SHORT BAR" overprint variety from position 78 in the sheet; the left edge of the bar is in the normal position, but the right edge of the bar lines up with the right inside edge of the "0" (instead of lining up with the center-to-right outside edge of the "0").
