I have a wide range of Finnish (and all other Scandinavian) revenue stamps in stock. Because they are usually only one of a kind, these are usually only available via approvals. Please let me know of your interests.

1866 80 mark S/S #50 KS1, Roulette IV. Used VF with unusually good roulette teeth, but with major tear in upper left corner (that could be made to be less obvious). Despite the damage, this is one of the rarest first issue Finnish revenue stamps. The non-scientific Saarinen roulette variety survey found only three examples (including from his own collection) of the 80 mk stamp with KS1 and one with KS2. This example is one of those three KS1 stamps and the only one that was IV x IV (the other two were I x IV). The collection from which this stamp came included a notation to emphasize the rarity of this stamp; it stated that using the 1871 as an example, only 25 examples of the 80 mk stamps were requested for the entire year, for the entire country of Finland. And S/S notes that for the 1881 issue, only 3 of that (1881) 80 mk design had been recorded! Any way you look at it, this is a very scarce stamp.
