246, 247 [1935 Swedish Parliament 500th Anniversary] (VF/XF) the two HIGH VALUES on 10 January 1935 FDC with the "SVERIGES RIKSDAGSHUSET" style of cancellation. The stamps of this set are quite hard to find so well centered on a FDC. Very attractive and in excellent quality.

251, 253, 255, 257, 259, 261 [1936 Post Office 300th Anniversary] (VF, F-VF) on an official 20 February 1936 registered FDC sent to the U.S. These six stamps constitute half the coil stamps in the set. (Normally there were two FDC envelopes for the coil stamps, this is one of them. The three sheet/booklet stamps were on a third cover, but often the early collectors only acquired the two coil-stamp covers.) Perhaps you already have (only) the other coil-stamp cover; the are offered from time to time. The cancellation on this cover is the 25 mm circle type. Interestingly, the illustration in the FD cancellation is very close to the design of the 15 öre stamp. The complete set on multiple covers would otherwise be around $50. Very attractive and in excellent quality.

293-8 [1939 Royal Academy of Sciences (Berzelius, chemist; Linne, botanist)] The complete coil and perf-4-side sheet stamp set on a very attractive 2 June 1939 FIRST DAY COVER, registered, used to the U.S., with the correct special STOCKHOLM official first day postmark. Though this set on first day cover is not "scarce", they have gotten hard to find and this example is particularly neat and attractive. The two stamp designs are very much sought out by many different types of topical collectors.
