The stamps of the Spanish Administration era of Puerto Rico normally have very poor centering (perforations very often cutting the design) and with very rough perforations or some missing perforation teeth. My quality standard is shifted by one level; for example, a stamp from another country that would be graded as Average will be graded as Fine for Puerto Rico. If you are fussy about quality you may not be happy with my Puerto Rico offerings. Please adjust your expectations accordingly or seek other sources for Puerto Rico stamps. Thank you for your understanding.
