1-14 complete set, VF to Fine (the two top values are F-VF) on large piece of paper with 14 March 1920 Flensburg cancellations. This was a souvenir of a very important day -- this was the day that the Plebiscite Election was held in Zone II (the southern zone) with the result that the zone became German. Priced about the same as a used set.

Scott #9 [1920 Zone 2 (No Overprint) 40 pf] Used with F-VF centering and with Superbly centered "HADERSLEBEN / ..." bridge-style 10 February 1920 cancellation IN VIOLET. This cancellation is known applied on this date in violet. On this violet stamp, the violet cancellation is hard to see, but it is very nicely struck. Any Slesvig stamp with a colored cancellation is quite unusual!

Scott #14 [1920 Zone 2 (No Overprint) 10 mark] Used with F-VF centering and with VF "HADERSLEBEN / (SCHLESW.) 2a" bridge-style 10 February 1920 cancellation in black. The stamp has a thin spot (NOT obvious), but looks very nice with a particularly well-struck cancellation. Though the top part of the cancellation is off the stamp, the lower part does show -- and this is fairly unusual and is important because that is the part that shows the "2a" postmark device. A normally canceled example of this stamp with this centering (but without the thin spot) would sell for $42! This example is priced very low.
