Scott #690 [1931 2c carmine General Pulaski] WIDE Top Right PLATE BLOCK OF SIX #F20423 (the "F" indicates right; this issue only exists with top left, top right, and bottom). NEVER HINGED with F-VF centering. Pristine, with brilliant dark color and perfect perforations. Scott 2024 value $15 for NH (which I think is undervalued in nice quality), without wide-top premium.

Scott #703 [1931 2c carmine/black Yorktown] First Plate Layout, Bottom Left PLATE BLOCK OF FOUR #F20463 carmine and #F20505 black. The Durland Standard Plate Number Catalog describes the two plate layouts, etc. Different plate numbers were used for the two different plate layouts. The side that the black is on indicates left vs right. There are many possible number combinations; Durland does not break out values for the different number combinations on this issue, but some are harder to find than others. With the many combinations but low cost, collecting these can be fun and inexpensive. NEVER HINGED with VF-XF centering. Attractive with brilliant color.
