| Aunus Stamp & Philatelic Price Lists |
Aunus was a short-lived Finnish territory. The stamps were issued during an incursion by Finnish-supported troops into an area of Karelia occupied by Russia. While the Scott Catalog lists the stamps under Russia as "Russian Occupied Finland", the stamps were actually issued by Finns, in cooperation with the Finnish post office. Your Finnish collection is not complete without representation of stamps from this interesting Finnish territory.
While I do not have a complete Aunus stamp price list on the web (each stamp must be expertized, thus none are "generic"), I often have expertized Aunus stamps in stock and will be happy to send stamps on approval from your want list. Please let me know how I may be of assistance.
I only sell Aunus stamps and covers that have been properly expertized. Forgeries of the Aunus overprints are more common than the genuine stamps. I recommend that one never buy Aunus stamps without a recent photo certificate from a recognized Aunus expert. In my experience, bidding on or buying Aunus stamps that are not already accompanied by a certificate is often a complete waste of time and money.

The PDF lists include virtually everything on the website as of the date the PDFs were created (every few months), but do not contain images. Please refer to the website for the most current information.
