This is so nice, that if I did not know that this used to have a few stamps in it, I would assume it was new. New retail around $36.

United States H.E. Harris Liberty Album - Like New!: Complete album, with pages through 1976 supplement, containing a couple/few hundred common used stamps of no particular financial value. However, the BINDER IS IMMACULATE and the pages are nearly brand-new looking considering their age. I had one of these albums when I was a kid and I remember that the binder very quickly split. I bet there are still a lot of these albums in use with damaged or overstuffed binders. I have not seen such a nice example of this vintage binder since the early 1980s. If you still use this album -- and it is a nice album -- this is a great source for an additional or replacement binder and/or replacement pages. Do not underestimate the scarcity of this binder in like-new condition. And with the stamps included at no extra charge it would make a great gift for a young person.

USPS Brown 23-Ring BINDER (American Commemorative Collections): This is an official United States Postal Service 23-ring binder that was offered to house Commemorative Panels. Over the years the gold-foil naming/stamping on the spine and front varied a little as did the finish surface of the binder, but they have always been a slightly padded brown binder with gold foil stamping on the spine and front. They hold 9.75 x 11.5 inch (246 x 292 mm) pages. They are very useful for storing large covers and other large items if you have a means to obtain (or punch/drill) pages to fit the binder. This example is like-new condition and includes sheet lifters and perhaps 30 black interleaf pages. [I occasionally have quantities of these binders; please let me know if you are seeking them.]
