If you use this album series, this is a binder that you can never have too many of. It is called 4-inch, but really measures 4.5 inches. Dark blue with gold and red spine imprinting. Spine slightly rounded (not the flat spine style). New retail around $45 just for an empty binder. |

Scott United States Revenue Stamp Album: Scott album pages for U.S. Revenues (First Issue, Second Issue, Documentary, Proprietary, Stock Transfer, and Duck Stamps [to 1993]) in nearly-new 1.5-inch Scott Specialty 3-ring binder (no country labeling; could be used for anything). The pages are in excellent condition and include a couple/few dozen stamps (not counted in value). The retail new price of the pages is probably in the $50 area and the binder about $40. A great way to get started in this area. |
