Davo 2-Row Black Stock Pages, Punched for 4-Ring Binder: Group of 30 handsome black 2-row, 2-sided pages (NO show-through from other side) intended for covers, cards, souvenir sheets, etc. Punched for 4-ring Davo album, but MIGHT (?) fit a Davo 2-post binder as well (the two and bottom holes are 240 mm apart, center to center; the 4 holes are 80 mm apart, center to center). The overall page measurement is 250 x 310 mm. Each pocket will hold items up to 220 x 125 mm. Great for "European sized" covers. This group was previously owned, but I am not sure if the pages were ever used -- they look absolutely brand new to me. I have been unable to find anything like these on the Davo website, but pages of this high quality from other makers generally run $1.60 to $2.00 per page; these are certainly not less!

Faroe Islands NH Collection 1975-1986 in ELBE GOVERNOR ALBUM: Scott #7-151, collection of about 134 different NH VF stamps, plus the Chess complete booklet, complete for the 1975-1986 period. Also includes singles of the 1976-1984 Christmas Seals. Neatly mounted in black Showgard mounts on Elbe Governor pages with great typed write-ups for each issue. The stamps have a total Jay Smith prices of about $210. However, the Elbe Governor album is probably the star of the show. This great album, was probably made in the 1970s but it harkens back to the golden age of philately and replicates the great British albums: 4-post expansion, green cloth and quarter-leather-like, gold embossed binder. Includes matching green cloth covered super heavy duty slip case. The pages are with light quadrille, on very heavy card stock, double-linen hinged, and with gold/gilt edges. 15 extra new pages are included. These pages, if you could find similar new examples in the marketplace would surely fetch at least $2 each, if not more. Very fresh and clean. If you use the Elbe Governor Album in any part of your collection, you should grab this simply for future expansion space. If offered separately, I would expect to get at least $75 for the binder, slip case, and extra pages -- new retail, if such were possible, would surely be at least $200 (not counting the stamps).

Denmark NH Collection 1970-1986 in ELBE GOVERNOR ALBUM: Scott #466//831 plus a couple definitives of this period but numbered before #466, also B44-B70, Q44-5, Q47-9 in collection of about 391 different NH VF stamps (both commemoratives and definitives) and souvenir sheets. Having just gone through it to calculate the price total, it does appear to be complete for the 1970-1986 period. Neatly mounted in clear mounts on Elbe Governor pages with wonderful typed write-ups for each issue. The stamps have a total Jay Smith prices of about $509.55. However, the Elbe Governor album is may be the star of the show. 3 extra new pages are included (very hard to obtain). Very fresh and clean. If you use the Elbe Governor Album in any part of your collection, you should grab this simply for future expansion space. If offered separately, I would expect to get at least $65 for the binder, slip case, and couple extra pages -- new retail, if such were possible, would surely be at least $170 (not counting the stamps).

G and K Album: For Small Sheets/Panes, Souvenir Sheets, Large Covers, Souvenir Cards: Attractive, medium-sized, blue 3-ring (not full size) G and K cover album binder containing 40 black double-sided pages, which will hold 80 items. The binder measures 10 deep x 9.5 high x 2.5 inches. The pages are double sided with black centers (so no see-through) and crystal-clear fronts; each page will hold two items realistically measuring up to 7.5 x 8.675 inches (185 x 220 mm). This is terrific for modern U.S. small sheets and large booklet panes, many types of souvenir sheets, souvenir cards, large covers, small documents, etc. This type of album is really handy; it came from a collection of modern U.S. small sheets and panes, but you could use it for many things. The binder is in excellent used condition. The pages are in very good used condition (if you look closely you can see they have been previously used, but once you put items into them you will never know they have been previously used). G and K (Subway) offers this as a "Small Pane Album"; their new, net / on-sale, price with only 25 pages (this has 40 pages) is $42.70!

This is ready for your plate block collection. These albums are hard to find in such nice condition.

Harris Liberty U.S. Album Including Some NH Stamps: Traditional 2-inch 2-post Liberty United States singles album is the 1969 edition, supplemented up into 1973. I am offering this primarily as an album, but it does include perhaps a couple hundred 1934-1958 stamps (most of the 3-cent period, they appear to be virtually all NH VF) in neatly installed black Showgard mounts. There are also additional mounts installed, but the mounts can be extremely easily removed (they come right off the page) if they are not desired. Tens of thousands of kids, including me, grew up collecting in the Liberty album and there are many over-stuffed and/or broken binders, or worn-out pages, out there that need replacing or some expansion space. Both the pages and binder are in like-new condition. Equivalent new retail would probably be about $50 for the binder and pages to 1973 -- PLUS the value of the stamps. This would be great for the person who wants to collect U.S. before the post office "went crazy" or who needs an additional binder and/or wants fresh replacement pages.

Harris Canada and Provinces Album (1972 Edition, Never Used): A very nice, never used, Harris Canada and Provinces album with pages to 1972. Excellent like-new condition. I do not think I have ever been able to offer such a nice example of this album.

Lighthouse Mint Sheet Pages - Group of 10 Pages: Lighthouse "Boga 2-T" pages for mint sheets or other large items. 18-hole pages consist of clear front and back, with a central (removable) black plastic (stick resistant) divider sheet. Thus each page can hold two sheets separated by the black plastic. Or the black plastic can be removed (and placed between the pages to prevent see-through) and thus allow both sides of a single item to be viewed. The overall measurements are 270 x 305 mm and the pages are intended to hold items up to 250 x 300 mm. These pages are highly versatile, but are perfect for UNITED STATES FULL SHEETS -- which is what they had been used for by the previous owner. These 18-hole pages fit any of the Lighthouse 1-ring binders, including the "Excellent DE" binders that I sometimes offer. New retail is $36.95 per 10-pack. These pages have been gently used; some pages show a minor amount of wear but this is almost invisible once you put your items in the pages. [NOTE: The price is per 10 pages. Worldwide Minkus Master Global Album in Two Volumes, With Stamps: Minkus Master Global album, 1958 edition, with supplements to 1962, house in two huge blue two-post binders. "The most complete and comprehensive stamp album ever published" so said the album publisher. The album is very sparsely populated, containing hundreds (perhaps more than one thousand) stamps scattered throughout; mostly common, but includes a few mint sets. Virtually all at least F-VF or VF. The album pages are in excellent, clean condition and the stamps are all very neatly hinged. No longer published, these albums are sought after. With spaces for over 56,000 stamps, this is a pleasing album set well suited for expansion of a worldwide collection of older foreign stamps.

Mystic American Heirloom Collection HINGELESS Album SET OF 9: This is a VERY ELEGANT set of albums; most collectors have never seen these! The pages are very heavy weight, well-printed, fully illustrated, and WITH SCOTT NUMBERS on the pages (they have paid a license fee to Scott for this to be possible). The pages are hingeless, with professionally, factory installed clear mounts (open three sides for individual stamp-size items; this is the best, safest for the stamps). The only exception is that the FAR-back-of-book (officials, revenues, and on back) spaces are NOT hingeless. Does include spaces for the Possessions such as Canal Zone. The binders are dark green hand-sewn "leatherette", with raised bars on the spine, gold embossing, etc., and includes a high-quality matching slip case for each. They look really impressive on the shelf! The binding is a high-quality 3-ring mechanism that, because it is attached to the back cover instead of the spine, allows the pages to lie completely flat and turn very easily. Some serious thought went into the design and production of this set of albums. The pages run from the beginning through 2010, including back-of-book, revenues, etc. The pages fill 8 of the nine binders; an extra binder with slip case is included for expansion. The matching pages/albums for 2011-2018 are easily available directly from Mystic. The previous owner purchased these new albums fairly recently and put his collection in it very carefully (but he has now decided to retire from stamp collecting due to health problems). The mounts are in excellent like-new condition and the pages, and binders, are clean and fresh. Virtually all of the stamps have been removed, but the albums still do include a scattering of stamps from the 1860s-1950s; the early issues are of little value and the later issues are all common, but still mostly NH VF and very useful with most of the 3-cent commemoratives present. The Mystic (very reasonable in my opinion) new price ranges from $129 to $169 for each volume (hingeless pages, binder, and slipcase). There are 8 such volumes present, plus another empty binder, thus a total new value of right around $1200 and as far as I know these are not available from any discounted source. And these DO LOOK BRAND NEW! If you are just starting a serious U.S. singles collection or if you want a very handsome home for your existing collection, look no farther -- this is what you need. I have never before been able to offer such an attractive set of U.S. hingeless albums.

Rapkin #346 Binders, Group of Two: GROUP OF TWO Rapkin Binders: Venerable Rapkin (London) 2-post binders with spine text "ALBUM", dark green spine and corner "leathers", and light green front and back body. Faux marbled interior and end cards. One album bears the label inside back cover states "Peerless" and product number 346; both include the #346 title page. The two originally matched, but one has a lighter color green on the exposed spine area due to light exposure. Overall quality is "used" but extremely good for their age. Included in each album are a couple well-used linen double-hinged Rapkin/Godden pages to use as samples of what to look for -- I am 99% sure that Godden (available from Stanley Gibbons) or Elbe pages of similar style can be found and will fit. These albums, probably from the 1930s-1940s, are from an age when "albums were albums" and stamp collecting was the "Hobby of Kings". This item is really only for somebody who understands what it is. Very seldom offered at all and certainly not in such nice quality.

Scott International Volume I Hardbound (1840-1940) Worldwide Album With Some Stamps: Hardbound (!!) Scott International Volume I (1840-1940) album, 1947 edition, containing a few hundred stamps. The stamps are a mix of mint and used; I do not quickly spot anything of individual value, but it has not been checked closely. There are no U.S. stamps. There are empty spots were stamps have been removed -- the previous owner said that this album was purchased around 1960 with stamps already in it and he moved some stamps to a set of albums he had already started. The quality, and overall appearance, looks generally much better than typically found. There are a few number notations here and there (not a lot) on the album pages, but this is a nice, clean (and inexpensive) housing for a one-volume collection of the world during the first century of postage stamps. This album is in demand and is hard to find these days in nice, solid condition. Priced right!

Scott International Volumes I-IV (1840-1959) Worldwide Album With Some Stamps: Scott International Volumes I-IV (1840-1959) albums, editions from the 1940s to about 1962, containing hundreds -- could be more -- of different stamps. I do not have time to thoroughly check this for scarcer stamps; while none jump out at me, anything is possible. Most of the stamps are in Volume I (1840-1940) and this volume is more worn than the others, but still quite usable. Volume I also contains the fun Scott seals/labels picturing the flags, rulers, and coats of arms of the world -- these can sell nowadays for several dollars each (I offer them individually on my website, but I do not have time to remove these and add them to my stock; their presence makes the albums even more attractive). The stamps are a mix of mint and used; the quality is variable in the earlier stamps, but most of the stamps appear to be F-VF or VF. The other three volumes contain progressively less stamps, but the albums are fairly fresh and certainly eminently usable. There are a few empty spots were stamps have been removed -- the previous owner said that this album was purchased around 1962 with stamps already in it and he and his father moved some stamps to a set of albums he had already started. The quality, and overall appearance, looks generally much better than typically found (clean, no odor, no mess). This will be a nice, clean (and inexpensive) housing for a collection of the world during the time before the post offices went crazy issuing stamps. These albums are in demand and is hard to find these days in nice, solid condition. Priced right!

Scott International 19th Century Album: Charming vintage Scott International Postage Stamp Album, 19th Century Edition, published in 1902. Contains some scattered stamps of nominal value, but the real value is in the album itself. Yes, the brown binding is worn and there are a few damaged pages, but most of the pages are clean and VF. On the historic side, the album includes colored maps of the world as it was in 1893 (when Iran was Persia and Ethiopia was Abyssinia, etc.). Equally fascinating is the prices of the advertised (pages in the back) stamp packets: 2000 different 19th century stamps for $20.00, postpaid! I wonder what would that group, which cost only one cent each in 1902, be worth today? This album is really a window allowing a real look into the philatelic world of more than a century ago.

White Ace Plate Strip or Legal Cover Album: This is a flip-style album (similar to commonly seen for FDCs) with clear plastic holders with black interleaf inserts, mounted on thin rods across the top. This was designed for large plate strips (gold imprinted on front and spine) but will hold any object (including covers) up to 265 x 120 mm (10-3/8 x 4-5/8 inches). Designed to hold 100 items. The binder is black -- it is White Ace! The height on the shelf is 313 mm or 12-3/8 inches. I have not previously seen this particular album; it is very impressive -- built back in the days when things were made to last. I suspect that this is a "rare" product now; if you happen to need one, you will know exactly how scarce it is! Though this probably dates from the 1970s or 1980s (?), the binder looks very good. The holders are clear and NOT discolored, but most of them have a small paper label on them that perhaps you could cover with your own label. I would suggest replacing the black interleaf inserts with something known to be acid free. Whatever your use, this is a gem.

"Stamp Book Holder" - Group of 10: Resembling mint sheet files, these smaller (240 x 115 mm) versions are great for containing or transporting large plate blocks, or similar items, measuring up to 235 x 105 mm. They may be a USPS supply item. Glassine pages, effectively holding 5 full-size items, or double that if face to face. The previous owner used them for U.S. plate blocks, with about 20 smaller or mid-size blocks per holder. Like new except for small pencil notation on front cover of each.

Stock Page Lot -- Half-Page Size: Two completely different types of stock pages, but the same size (5.5 x 8.5 inches overall, the standard "American" half-page) punched for standard American half-page binder. 1) Approximately 36 traditional manilla 10-row stock pages; excellent quality, appear to be brand new. 2) Approximately 140-150 black stock pages with CLEAR rows; almost all are 4-row (fits stamps up to 45 mm high), but a few 2-row and 3-row also; no brand name present, but appear to be a very high-quality brand such as Hagner; appear to be brand new; I have never seen this size before! All are fresh, modern, and completely brand new looking. I estimate that the current new retail would total around $110, if you can find a source for them. These would be extremely handy for a compact way to organize duplicates, sorting / holding books for new acquisitions, etc.

Slip Case, Red (Brand Unknown): This looks like a type of Lighthouse brand slip case based on the quality, but I cannot be sure. It is Dark Red with pronounced grain texture. The opening is 42 x 310 mm or 1-11/16 x 12-1/2 inches, with a depth of 245 mm or 9-3/4 inches. Great for holding an album or stockbook, or to organize and contain various other papers and philatelic materials (I tend to use some of these to organize stock sheets). This general type of slip case seems to sell new for around $30-35. Very gently used; looks brand new.

The opening is 53 x 310 mm or 2 x 12-1/2 inches, with a depth of 300 mm or 11-7/8 inches. Great for holding an album or stockbook, or to organize and contain various other papers and philatelic materials (I tend to use some of these to organize large stock sheets and as a sorting container for full sheets of stamps). This general type of large slip case seems to sell new for around $35-40. Gently used; looks great.

Album Sliding Tracks, Group of Six: These are clear plastic flat pieces with a flange at the back end and a rounded front end. It is intended to be placed inside a slip case (flange back end all the way in) and then the album sits on top of it. One pulls on the front end (which extends slightly from the slip case) to easily slide the album out of the slip case (this avoids damaging the album by trying to "pick" it out with your fingernails). It is a really neat idea. I believe that these are SAFE brand (at least they do offer them in "shockproof" plastic and I have not seen them offered by anybody else). They are 42 mm or 1-5/8 inches wide (and thus cannot be used in a slip case that is narrower than that; the slip case could be wider). They are about 320 mm or 12-1/2 inches long thus they should be used in a slip case that is NOT DEEPER than 310 mm or 12-1/4 inches. (They could be used in slip cases less deep, but it is up to you to figure out how to shorten them so that they do not stick out too far.) My 2011 SAFE product catalog shows this offered at $6.95 EACH (thus $41.70 for six). These are used and show a tiny amount of wear, but they are never seen because they remain inside the slipcase. If these fit your slip cases they are a great concept that will greatly reduce the wear and tear on your albums. GROUP OF SIX. (Three groups available.)

USPS Brown 23-Ring BINDER (American Commemorative Collections): This is an official United States Postal Service 23-ring binder that was offered to house Commemorative Panels. Over the years the gold-foil naming/stamping on the spine and front varied a little as did the finish surface of the binder, but they have always been a slightly padded brown binder with gold foil stamping on the spine and front. They hold 9.75 x 11.5 inch (246 x 292 mm) pages. They are very useful for storing large covers and other large items if you have a means to obtain (or punch/drill) pages to fit the binder. This example is excellent used condition and includes sheet lifters. Does NOT include any pages. [I have a quantity of these, some with slightly varying binder color shade, etc., from different batches. If you order multiple quantity, I will attempt to match as many as possible.]
