Scott #1986a [1997 souvenir sheet of one: Botticelli portrait and "Le Printemps" painting detail] Official cacheted FDC, unaddressed. This s/s of one stamp was missed by many people and is a different issue from the 1997 stamp that was printed in sheets of 10. This s/s was issued to celebrate its winning 4th World Cup of Stamps design prize. A stunningly beautiful engraved issue and a great art thematic item.
