Though it has a hinge remnant, this stamp looks very nice and fresh on the front, with great color and "perfect" perforations. This high-denomination stamp is hard to find and is missing from many Iceland collections. Priced very low for this stamp issue! ACTUAL item. |

Scott #O53-62 [1930 5-40 aur 1000th Year of Iceland Althing (Parliament), Official Overprint] Complete set of the lower denominations, 5 aur through 40 aur. Mint with VF / F-VF / Fine centering, but all have been REGUMMED. All are nice looking, but I am guessing they were stuck to an album page, soaked to free them, and then regummed. The regumming was fairly well done and the previous owner thought they were all NH, but the gum has a different appearance if you study the backsides. This is a great way to inexpensively acquire stamps that would otherwise total (based on their individual centering) about $140! ACTUAL item. |

A very nice looking example of a stamp that is hard to find in Used condition with such nice centering. Otherwise would be $53! ACTUAL item. |

This is a reasonable-looking and inexpensive example of a key stamp that is surprisingly hard to find without quality problems. Otherwise a Mint Hinged VF example would be $198! Priced very low! You will probably need a 10x magnifying loupe to see the thin speck; the previous owner was not aware of it. Very fresh and attractive appearance with bright color, excellent centering, and "perfect" perforations. This is an inexpensive example of a key stamp that is surprisingly hard to find without quality problems. Otherwise would be $159 with this centering. ACTUAL item. |
