Scott #10 [1945 1 øre Seal; "American" issue] NH VF 4-block with red "SPECIMEN" overprint and punch hole, from the printer archives. Three sets of sheets were discovered in the late 1980s (?), but one set was partly damaged, and parts of the others were not fully broken up, leaving less than 200 sets on the market. The sets were widely dispersed and quickly became extremely difficult to obtain. Keep in mind that these are MUCH SCARCER than the inverted overprints and never hinged examples of those sell for around $800-1000 PER STAMP. Individual singles or multiples are rarely offered.
