This color is very scarce, undervalued in all the catalogs. Furthermore, though the catalogs give a 1.5 to 2 times multiple for the Type 9 (without period after FRIM) stamps, they are in much, much greater demand than that multiple suggests. Lower right corner perf rounded, but easily compensated for by an obvious plate variety "lower right frame line corner open". Very scarce stamp in several respects. |
