These are NOT canceled to order. These were used as the postage for a large box of books sent to the U.S.; the stamps were placed in a plastic bag attached to the box and are in perfect condition. HOLOGRAMS is a very popular topical subject and this set of stamps is always in demand. However, USED sheets are "never" seen! This issue is now 35 years old!
