Scott #129, Facit #111W1 [1929 25 penni light brown M-17 Saarinen Lion, Perforation 14 x 14, Swastika Watermark Normal] Used with Superb centering and with a neat cancellation, probably (TAM)PERE. The cancellation is clearly dated "....V 29", thus either April or May 1929. This stamp was first available for sale on 1 February 1929 and was only sold in 1929-1930 (invalid for postage after December 31, 1930). Even though 2,000,000 of this stamp were printed, only 41,324 were sold during the period of validity! Thus genuinely Used, properly dated examples are "very scarce", especially with such nice appearance. An outstanding example -- the nicest Used example I have been able to offer privately or publicly in many years and the first such example I have ever been able to offer on the website. A "very scarce" watermark variety listed by Facit 2025 at SEK 700, but in my experience it is much harder to obtain that value suggests.
