These bargain-priced stamps are attractive, but many have described hidden flaws. You can save a tremendous amount of money when you add such stamps to your collection. Each stamp is one of a kind, so please let me know if I may substitute a different example (that looks as good or better, for the same cost) if the stamp you order has sold. If you have any doubts, all are available for approval viewing. If you are seeking stamps of this quality and price level from any of the Scandinavian countries, just send along your want list -- I will be happy to send bargains on approval. Scott numbers have been used unless otherwise stated.
107 [1920 25 øre brown and black Christian X] NEVER HINGED with Fine+ centering, but with a small crease or impression in the upper part of the right margin; really only visible from the reverse. Wonderfully fresh and bright example, nicely showing the irregular perforations from a worn perforating tool with bent pins. This is one of the key values of the set. It is a very pretty example at an excellent price. This centering would otherwise be $125.

128 Type I (narrow R, short lines) [1922 1 kroner blue and brown Christian X] Mint with VF centering, but with two small thin spots. Type I is Facit #161a, AFA #131 Type I. [Many people have difficulty sorting out the Type I and Type II, however there is a simple trick: There are three lines to the right of the R of KR; sometimes the top line looks more like a dot. In Type I, the bottom line extends to the left only under the lower right point of the R. In Type II, the bottom line extends all the way to the left to be under the left vertical edge of the right leg of the R.] Very reasonable price; otherwise would be $75 for this centering.
