Norway Used Collection 1856-1976: Over 600 different used, neatly mounted on Minkus pages. Strong range of 19th Century including #3-5, 8-18, 20-4, 26-32, etc. Later issues include a strong range of commemoratives and some useful back-of-book. Except typical scattered minor faults in the early issues with some sound, all presentable, and overall much better than usual for this time period. The 20th Century is sound and F-VF or better with much VF. Scott 2008 retail totals over $1600, so this should be an excellent value for filling many spaces at a significant savings! |

Better sets include 275-8, 279-89, 310-7, etc. We note only a couple of tiny faults and a couple with album offset on gum, but otherwise this group is all sound and VF. Scott 2011 retail totals $218.05. Here is a nice clean useful selection at a significant savings! |

Norway 1856-2004 Collection in Stender Hingeless Album: Between Scott #4//1415, B4//O112, 1856-2004 collection of about 700 different, mint and used, neatly arranged in Stender Superb hingeless pages in two brown like-new binders with matching slipcases. You will find a strong range of mint sets of 1950s-70s, plus thee are also some better more recent NH commemorative sets. We note a few minor condition problems in the 19th Century (as typical); after 1929 is all mint (hinged/NH), nearly all F-VF or better with post-war period virtually all VF. Scott 2012 retail totals over $700 for the early and back-of-book issues, and well over $1250 for the mint/NH period including the semi-postals. The albums retail for an additional $640, for an overall retail value of over $2590. Here is an excellent foundation on which to build an impressive Norway collection, already housed in elegant fashion! |

Norway 1994 Winter Olympic Official Collection: Official binder (manufactured by Lighthouse, 4-ring; worth about $30 by itself) containing official album pages for 1992-1994 stamps (10), souvenir sheets (1), first day covers (5), maximum cards (14), and special cancellation covers (12). I do not know what the "complete" official collection consisted of, but I do not think that it was everything that existed. This binders looks full and I do not remember a second binder being offered. In any case, the total individual retail of the items contained is at least $115, probably more. Offered as a unit, including the binder, at a considerable savings. |

Norway Mail Bag 1986: High quality burlap-colored brown heavy fabric (but much finer and smoother than burlap), measuring approximately 3 feet high by 2 feet wide. Three sets of vertical red-white-blue-white-red strips and with a POST 1986 NORGE NORVEGE (and crown and posthorn) imprint in black. Extremely good condition with only minimal wear. Strong color and imprint. Would probably benefit from a gentle cleaning in cold water and cool air drying, but no defects that detract from its TERRIFIC DISPLAY APPEARANCE.
