Scott #31 Dark Yellowish Green [1885 5p green (shades) 4-Numeral] Mint, very lightly hinged, with F-VF centering and large margins. Has an interesting plate variety (does not affect the price), a colored line in the left margin next to the FIN of FINLAND. Fresh appearance, great color, and with "perfect" perforations.
