I attest that this example is Mint no gum, not Used without cancellation: I soaked it and another stamp apart; both were fully gummed and fully stuck to each other. Very attractive with fresh and bright appearance. The underlying stamp exists with three perforation types, logically however, the only overprinted version recorded is the last one printed. Theoretically other perforations could exist.
