With the usual thin spot (most examples are thinned); otherwise price about $175. The perfs do clear the design which is often not the case, however, the top margin has been REPERFORATED. Attractive and very reasonably priced. |

Does NOT have the usual thin spots (most examples are thinned) -- NO defects. This stamp is quite scarce without defects! |

This modest-valued stamp is missing from many collections and is quite hard to find with a properly dated cancellation, especially from a small town. |
