Scott #120 [1921 25 öre Lion, Coil] Mint, original gum, NEVER HINGED LINE PAIR with Fine/Average centering. While we all would likely prefer nicer centering, the centering of this item shows off the MIS-ALIGNMENT of the printing half-cylinders more clearly than can be seen on a well-centered example. The stamp on the left is Fine centered toward the top, but the stamp on the right is centered significantly higher so that its top frameline is cut by the top edge of the coil stamp. In my experience, this amount of misalignment of the two half-cylinders is unusual. This line pair is very fresh and bright, with strong correct color (the color is NOT oxidized as is sometimes seen on this stamp). The perforations are fairly typical for this issue. The gum is original and post-office-fresh never hinged, with the normal and expected gum skip lines running in the same direction as the coil roll. Line pairs of this stamp are "scarce". Furthermore even NH singles of this stamp can be hard to obtain. The Facit Classic 2024 value SEK 700 (about US$70 8/2026) for two single NH stamps! ACTUAL item. |

Has two full (very obvious) letters of the KPV watermark. Wonderfully fresh and attractive. Certainly one of the nicest examples I have seen in a long time. This is a scarce stamp missing from most collections in any condition or quality and very seldom offered with centering and postmark this nice! Facit Classic 2022 value is SEK 1500 for normal quality! ACTUAL item. |

127 with KPV Watermark, Facit Classic 2022 #148Cc-Bz [1921 10 öre green Lion, Perfed 4-Sides] Used Horizontal PAIR with VF centering on both stamps and neat cancellations (1922 showing on both stamps). Each with two full (very obvious) letters of the KPV watermark. This example is particularly unusual as the color is a fairly bright/light yellow-green -- not listed in the catalogs -- instead of the usual darker/bluish green found on the KPV ("B" paper) stamps. Very nice -- and scarce -- multiple, even without taking into consideration the very unusual color. Used multiples of any versions of the 10 öre perf-4-side stamps are fairly unusual. Even as a single, and even without considering the scarce color, this is a scarce stamp missing from most collections in any condition or quality! Facit Classic 2022 value is SEK 1500 EACH for normal quality for normal color! ACTUAL item. |
