Scott #O28-40 [1910-1914 1 öre to 5 kr Officials, Small Format, Crown Watermark] Mint, Original Gum, Lightly Hinged or Hinged, with VF, F-VF, or Fine centering. A fresh and bright complete set with great colors and excellent perforations, in the typical range of centering. Though these are not "scarce" stamps, we do not often see a complete set offered in nice quality. Most such "sets" in the marketplace turn out to have at least one "clunker" in them; this set does NOT. All are nice! ACTUAL item. |

Scott #O47 [1918 8 öre Official, Wavy-Line Watermark] Mint, lightly hinged, with F-VF++ centering. Wonderfully fresh and attractive with great color, "perfect" perforations, and "pristine" lightly hinged gum. This is the key value of the wavy-line watermarked set and is missing from many collections. I my opinion, this stamp is undervalued in all conditions. ACTUAL item. |

Scott #O47, Facit #TJ46cz with KPV WATERMARK [1918 8 öre Official, Small Format, Wavy-Line Watermark] Mint, Original Gum, Lightly Hinged, with F-VF centering. This example clearly shows two letters of the double-outline letters watermark (see the note in Scott after Scott #98). Very fresh and attractive with deep color, "perfect" perforations, and correct original lightly hinged gum. With only the normal wavy-line watermark, this is the key value of the wavy-line watermarked set and is missing from many collections. However, examples with the KPV watermark are especially unusual. I my opinion, this stamp, even without the scarcer KPV watermark, is undervalued in all conditions. ACTUAL item. |
