77 [1910 5 øre green Posthorn] (F-VF) on 1919 cover from BERGEN with 5-dashed-lines Krag machine cancellation. Unsealed printed matter to HERSTED, Denmark. Someone has written "Brevkort" (post card) in red; perhaps on the receiving end to indicate that this qualified for the lower postage rate (same as post cards).

Scott #215 or 230 [1941 30 øre V-overprint on Lion (watermark unknown)] solo use on 8 November 1941 (at hour 15) German-censored cover to Berlin, Germany, from DRAMMEN with "non-repeating V with lines" [V for Nazi German victory] machine cancellation; this is recorded [Aune, 2007] used at Drammen only 19 August thru 25 November, 1941. While Drammen is one of the more common towns using a "V" cancellation, this is only the second or third example of Drammen I have had in 52 years! Reference: Finn Aune, 2007, "Norske Maskinstempler med Tekst 1904-2004" (which I normally have in stock). Two styles of "V" machine cancellations were only used in August-November 1941. The "repeating V" style was used at about 55 post offices. The "non-repeating V with lines" style was only used at about 11 post offices. There was no overlap of post offices where the styles were used -- it was one style or the other. While the rarity of each town varies (from "unusual" to "rare") for both styles, the most common towns of the "non-repeating V" style are all much scarcer than the most common towns of the "repeating V" style. There is tremendous interest in these cancellations, especially used on covers bearing the V-overprinted stamps. Even the most common of towns are "scarce" in the marketplace and the scarcer towns are much more "rare" than Aune suggested in 2007. In 52 years, I have never had a "V" cancellation from the vast majority of the known-use towns! Nazi censored at Berlin, on reverse, with censor tape and very clearly struck handstamps. There are also shadows on the front (an offset resulting from the machine having been running without previous covers going through, thus excess ink build-up on the pressure roller transferred to the front of this cover), and a tiny portion on the rear, of an orange-red machine-applied censor marking but that marking was not fully applied to this cover (that type of marking is not normally seen on covers from Norway to Germany, but is seen at least on covers going to Switzerland). Very attractive cover. These "V" propaganda cancellations are avidly sought after.
