72 Type I (Facit #57IC2) [1901 10 pen, First Letterpress Berlin Plate, perf 14.25 x 14.75] (VF) on 11 May 1905 picture post card [dramatic view of dam holding pond filled with floating logs] with rural letter carrier SQUARE #5 Numeral cancellation and dated side cancel "LIETO As." (bilingual with Russian text), to TURKU / ÅBO with tri-lingual receiver. The number in the square numeral cancel is faint, but does correspond exactly to the usage of the #5 cancel in the Lieto area. There are only a few (they are all early numbers) square numeral cancels and they are scarce (this is the first one I can recall having in at least 20 years).
