116 Type II [1925 5 öre green Lion] (VF) on 30 October 1929 printed matter rate double / reply post card with "NORRKÖPING 1 / LBR" machine cancellation. Forwarded. The reply card is unused, but has Scott #119 Type I affixed (undoubtedly by the original sender) to pay the return postage at the regular post card rate (the respondent was to write text, thus the reply would not qualify for the printed matter rate). The card is a solicitation by a children charity and is an early example of such mail; it could also fit into a charity seal collection. While postal stationery double / reply cards are quite common, this is the first Swedish example I can recall seeing (in 44 years) of non-stationery with reply postage affixed. Very scarce!
