Scott #462 [1916 1c green Washington, Perf 10, Unwatermarked] Mint hinged with Fine+ centering. Very fresh and attractive with very strong color and "perfect" perforations. Nice examples of this stamp are definitely not as common as the modest catalog value suggests.

Scott #462a Booklet Pane [1916 1c green Washington, Perf 10, Unwatermarked] Mint, has not been hinged, but has the typical disturbed gum because of contact with the booklet interleaving. Otherwise very fresh and attractive, with the usual Fine centering for these pages. The $9.50 2025 Scott value of the entire #462a booklet pane seems quite odd to me when the #462 single sheet stamps have a 2025 Scott value of $7.00 EACH.

Scott #463 DARK CARMINE [1916 2c Washington, Type I, Perf 10, Unwatermarked] NEVER HINGED with Fine (fairly typical) centering. Very fresh with wonderful color excellent perforations. Though this color is valued the same as the other colors in the 2025 Scott U.S. Specialized Catalogue, it is much less often seen in my experience -- and just based on appearance, it should be in much more demand with such nice color.

Scott #478 [1916 $1 violet black Franklin, Perf 10, Unwatermarked] NEVER HINGED, original gum, with F-VF centering. A fresh and bright example with great color that looks like it is from a recently broken block. Excellent perforations -- the Perf 10 issues can be hard to find with nice perforations. Never hinged examples of this stamp are very hard to find. (Scott 2024 $1400.)

Scott #479 [1917 $2 dark blue Madison, Perf 10, Unwatermarked] Used with Fine centering. Deep color, light cancellation, and good perforations for this issue. Horizontal guideline at bottom. The three 1917 Flat Plate Unwatermarked Perforated 10 Dollar values, Scott #478-480, were printed in sheets of 200, divided into side-by-side panes of 100 along a central vertical guideline. (I have not seen any images of full sheets of #478-480.) There is also a (perforated) horizontal guideline (terminated at extreme right and left sides of the sheet by arrows) between rows 5 and 6. Examples with the horizontal guideline seem to be scarce, likely due to the guideline stamps being reperforated. There are sheet/pane margins at top and bottom. I have only observed narrow margins at bottom. I have mostly observed wide margins at top; a few examples with a narrower margin at top may have been trimmed(?). There are SHEET margins at left and right, resulting in PANE margins at left OR right, the other side of the pane being a straight-edge with guideline. Only 10 stamps out of every 100-pane had the natural straight edge on one of the four sides; the cutting of some sheets placed the vertical guideline on one pane or the other; examples showing the straight edge and the guideline are scarcer. Examples with the straight edge on right or left are now hard to find (most were used for postage rather than going into collections; and of those that remained, in the last 50 years many -- at least of Mint stamps -- have been reperforated to remove the straight edge). Examples with the horizontal guideline at top or bottom are also now hard to find for the same reasons. (I have yet not seen an intersection example of the horizontal guideline and vertical straight-edge / guideline.) In the case of Used stamps with straight edges or guidelines of this otherwise-inexpensive dollar-value issue, many (most?) were discarded by collectors before their relative scarcity was understood. I think that collecting the guideline and straight-edge positions is quite challenging and rewarding. A nice example.
