Scott #859//891 [1940 Famous Americans] Complete "short" set of all 21 1,2,3-cent USED BLOCKS OF FOUR. [This only consists of the 1, 2, and 3 cent blocks; the collection these came from did not contain the 5 and 10 cent blocks.] All are lightly canceled with various types of cancellations. All are VF or better centered, or very close to it -- which is unusual. While random Used blocks of this issue are encountered from time to time, this is the first time in 50 years I have had these blocks. Finding the 5 and 10 cent blocks will be your challenge!
